· The notebook
Notes
Everything I'm working out, newest first. 4 and counting.
The most useful tool sometimes refuses to answer
Building someone's judgment beats renting them yours. A trainer that won't give answers taught me that.
Why I keep this notebook in public
Writing in the open makes me think more clearly — and it might help the next person figuring out the same thing.
The hard part isn't the model — it's the rules it can't get wrong
In a regulated process, the AI is the easy part. Faithfully encoding the rules nobody is allowed to break is the whole job.
Leverage is when the tools bend to the work
The real payoff shows up when tools are built around how you actually work — not when you bend around the tools.
