I figure out how a process actually works, fix what slows it down, and build the tools that make it faster — then take what works and grow it. That's been the job the whole way through, whether the thing was a nonprofit, a fish farm, or a federal growth model. The domains and the tools keep changing; the move doesn't.
Right now the tool is AI and the proving ground is federal acquisition: agents that draft and review contracts against live FAR/DFARS, on work that can't afford to be wrong. I keep it all here as I go — a reference for me, a resource for anyone walking the same road, and an open door, because the best things tend to get built together.
What I'm working on
The thread through all of it: take a gnarly, regulated or high-stakes process and build automation you can actually trust against it. Here's what that looks like right now.
Federal & state contracting platform
A growing platform of specialized agents that draft, review, and manage government contracts against live FAR/DFARS/VAAR/HHSAR — and the same engine pointed at state procurement, because the compliance grind is just as real one level down. We use it internally to turn bid/no-bid and proposal analysis around in hours instead of days, and it's taught me more about trustworthy automation than anything else I've built.
